Rules of Entry:

The competition starts on 1 November 2023 and ends Midnight GMT 22nd November 2023

Entry limit one entry per person.

All entries must be received by Midnight GMT 22nd November 2023. Eligibility for entry into the competition will cease at the applicable time and date, and all entries received thereafter will be considered disqualified and will be ineligible for participation.

The competition is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fourth Element and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Selection of Winners:

The winner will receive one bespoke made to measure Argonaut 3.0 drysuit, with their choice of specification. Current manufacturing lead time is 16 weeks. A random drawing will be conducted on 27th November 2023 from all eligible entries received. The prize winner will be notified via e-mail, and will have seven days from notification to reply. If no reply is received after that time, the winning entry will be declared void and another winner will be selected at random.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

The winner’s first name will be used in associated Fourth Element publicity on social media platforms.

If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, Fourth Element reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
